After completing your EMPWR new hire paperwork, you will receive an email from noreply@Demand-IQ.com titled "Invitation to join Demand IQ portal".
Just click the link and use your personal email address to set an easy-to-remember password.
Step 2: Download The App
Your 2nd Step is to download the HERO app and login using the email and password you set up in step 1.
